At August Laube Buch- und Kunstantiquariat, we are dedicated to the highest standards of professional expertise and customer satisfaction. While Swiss law does not mandate a statutory withdrawal right for online purchases, we offer a voluntary 14-day return window for our international collectors to ensure complete confidence in every acquisition.

1. Return Window & Eligibility
You may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the artwork or book must be in its original condition as described at the time of purchase and returned in its original, protective gallery packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return
Please contact us at augustlaube@augustlaube.ch or call +41 44 256 88 99 before shipping any items. All returns must be sent via a tracked and insured courier service to our Zurich gallery at Kirchgasse 32, 8001 Zürich, Switzerland.

3. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and any applicable insurance. We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 14 days of receipt.
