1. Order Processing & Handling Time
All orders for our rare books and master prints are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Our daily order cut-off time is 14:00 CET. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

2. Domestic Shipping (Switzerland & Liechtenstein)
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of CHF 7.50 for all domestic deliveries. Standard transit time is 2–4 business days via Swiss Post Economy.

3. International Shipping (Europe & UK)
We ship to 24 international European destinations, including Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Italy, and Norway. Estimated transit time is 4–8 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and value of the authenticated work.

4. Global Shipping (Australia, Turkiye, & Others)
For our collectors in Australia, Turkiye, and other global regions, estimated transit time is 6–14 business days. Please note that as Switzerland is outside the EU Customs Union, all international shipments include a formal customs declaration (HS Code 9701 for original art).

5. Specialized Fine Art Handling
Given the historical significance of our inventory, all items are shipped in ISPM-15compliant protective packaging and are fully insured during transit. For high-value acquisitions, we can arrange “White Glove” courier services upon request.
